If you’re planning to travel or book a flight ticket with Flysphere Getaways, you are responsible for providing valid documents, including entry and exit visas. Your passport must also be valid for at least six months from the date you plan to travel. If you don’t comply with the requirements stated in Flysphere Getaways’ policies, you may be subject to penalties and potentially not allowed to board.
Providing accurate information is solely your responsibility. Flysphere Getaways will not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect details. As the payee or passenger, you must ensure that all information is correct, such as your name and address, and that the name on your itinerary matches your passport. Once issued, ticket changes are chargeable, and full name change requests are rejected. Also, note that booked flight tickets are non-transferable.
When booking an international or domestic flight, Flysphere Getaways is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect travel dates, destinations, or departure details. To avoid delays, inform our agency 72 hours in advance if you require assistance or alternatives. Any schedule changes made by the airline are beyond Flysphere Getaways’ control.
Once tickets are issued, any change to your travel plans will incur a fee. A reissue fee of 500 INR will apply per ticket, along with fare differences or penalties imposed by the airline. Notify us of any changes at least 48 hours in advance and on a working day.
Ticket prices may vary until final payment is made. If payment is not received, the ticket will not be issued. Stay updated on Flysphere Getaways’ Terms and Conditions for any potential price adjustments. For the best experience with our services, maintain communication with us for the latest updates.
Flysphere Getaways is not responsible for providing travel authorization. Before your journey, ensure that you have a valid passport and visa. Fines may apply if necessary documentation is incomplete.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is renewed before travel, as each country has its own requirements. Countries may deny entry if your passport is due to expire within six months of travel.
If a flight is canceled, Flysphere Getaways is not liable for a full refund of booked tickets. Once payment is made, cancellation charges apply. Refunds are not provided for non-refundable tickets, and a 1000 INR fee is charged for cancellations, excluding any airline fees.
Flysphere Getaways will issue a full refund only after receiving payment from a reliable payee. Refunds may take 8 to 12 weeks to process, so your patience is appreciated.
The airline may make necessary changes to your tickets. In the event of a cancellation without notification, Flysphere Getaways is not responsible for updating travel details. Please confirm your flight schedule and ticket status with the airline 72 hours before your travel date.

If paying by credit card, applicable surcharges apply. For payments made through Flysphere Getaways, the following charges apply: 2.5% for bank-issued credit cards and 3.5% for Amex cards.
If you experience issues such as a reservation not found under your name at check-in, rest assured that confirmed reservations should be accommodated by the airline. Airport supervisors are available to assist you in such cases.
Follow airline guidelines for check-in, which typically requires arriving two hours prior for domestic and three hours for international flights.
The Terms and Conditions of Flysphere Getaways state that you are solely responsible for any health requirements before and during travel. Failure to carry necessary medical kits and documents is not Flysphere Getaways’ responsibility.
